Never heard of illegal farming. I'm not an active player, but book farm drop rate need to increase and so do boss respawn timer need to be decrease. But the raid boss for guilds should have a teleport system portal to go there. Also, this game needs a share drop system. Anyone who deals a significant amount of damage should be able to get drops as well. This one sided best damage party out of 20+ party attacking the boss is ridiculous unfair for those who are very active, or strictly f2p. Too many limitations. Best 2D I every played but need more attention with the fairness within the game. 

Books drop rate too low. 

Попробуй отменить квест и заново взять. Да, прогресс сбросится, но это квестик на пару минут (из за рандома). Вот где была для меня проблема - это один из квестов на т4, где нужно было сумку найти. Она оказалась скрыта верхушкой деревьев.
