About this, I have got no idea whether it's technically possible or not, but said report button might also include an auto screenshot feature; in other words, one clicks said button and soon after a screenshot of the game is taken (or why not, a video, but let's proceed step by step). All the player has to do then is writing a brief explanation of the picture taken and send. This would ease the task for us and speed up yours even further. Of course, the button cannot be used lightly: measures for false reports or a maximum ammount of daily reports to prevent the abuse might help as well. 

Можно придумать и другие способы мотивации, не обязательно +2 уровня, а например что-нибудь новое. 

Наоборот нужны уровни гии дополнительные, нельзя стопать на 12, сейчас бьёшь ог/тратишь и так по кд/рутина, возможно это на некоторое время за мотивировало бы игрок вернуться на время обратно в игру,либо на долго
