Там больше совокупность факторов причем всех вот и ноют. По большому счету там особо то и нерфить нечего. Только если создать видимость работы.   Ну а рог-это те же стандартые 3 дд кнопки и какие-то доты как и у всех дд(возможно кроме исков) Ну и кажется скорее всего что у роги скилов больше из за тала на рикошет.
