I really liked your ideas. The only one I was a little hesitant about was Celestial Light, but even so, it is something we would only really be able to judge after seeing how it works in practice.
Regarding Light Defense receiving an additional effect, I think that would be extremely important, because currently it is a very outdated skill. Some people talk about it as if it were something incredible just because it increases defenses, but in practice, that increase is not nearly as effective when put to the test in PvP, especially with the extremely high damage currently present in the game.
The idea regarding Persuasion was one of the ones I liked the most. It would give the Paladin a way to protect his allies indirectly, which fits perfectly with the identity of the Paladin: protecting allies while standing on the front line.
As for the new skill, I found it very interesting. It would be a mechanic similar to some shields that grant buffs to the user when they are destroyed, such as the Explorer's shield, which reduces the damage received after breaking. However, in this case, it wouldn't actually be a shield, but rather a "support zone." I would really love to see a skill like this implemented into the game.
Overall, I agree with everything you said. Nowadays, people use the Paladin more as a physical damage dealer than as a magic tank. The current Paladin has completely lost his identity as an effective support and reliable tank. In raids, he can't even reliably hold a single boss, and in the Arena, almost any damage dealer can take him down very easily.
The class really deserves improvements, and we hope, WITH THE FAITH OF A PALADIN, that we can see these improvements made to the TANK Paladin this year.
