Well... Maybe because you have more damage and control? You have chieftain that is hybrid, has more damage and has his own heal, that is definitely better then mage, especially under a sham or necr. As for control, some of the most impactful characters: barbarian, dk, warlock, maybe charmer vs pal and templar. Basically the templar is the only good control from elf side, because if shakles doesn't work that's it for pal, but not for barbarian or dk.

Это тоже не так, чк с маной поправили тоже за пару недель тогда.   Я искренне надеюсь, что сейчас разработчики обратят внимание на неадекватную в совокупности механику рёва
