Regeneration 50% of normal

A while ago some of us discussed why the regeneration is only 1/2 of the normal while fighting enemy and when done regen is again full. So someone with 50 regen regenerates only 25 while in battle. We wondered if it was always so and is it supposed to be that way, or is it another bug?

It would be pretty stupid if i could regen as much in combat as i can out of combat. Its a pretty standard feature in all MMO's that in combat regen is slower or less.

Well, it's not standard in all games, but I agree with you.

Its like that beacause of damage being taken at that time. So in fact you are getting your regeneration at full its just taking damage into the equation.

wolfdragon99, O.o don't try to find deep sense, it is simply half of regeneration in battle.
