Finished TW without rewards

Hey, hello!

Few minutes ago I've finished the lvl 12 TW from the current event with a full party. Everybody received a reward except me! Is that supposed to happen?

I even received the quest update message "Valdemar's wife killed" but the boss corpse and the chest didn't had any item.

 

My level is 15, and my in-game nickname is Nands.

So, you're level 15 and you went to a 12 level dungeon? Please, note that you can get drop from the dungeon only if your level is not higher that +2 to the level recommended in the dungeon. You would get drop if you were level 14, but level 15 is too high.

but why lv 20 still obtain drop from easy berengar tower ?
