Account recovery

All account-related problems (restoring account, restoring characters, bans) could be solved only with technical support.


Do not post any private information on forum (i.e. account ID, your phone number, e-mail, etc.)


To restore your login data, we need more information about account to make sure that you are the account owner:

- account ID (number or e-mail)

- date of creation- name/class of ALL characters on the account, their levels, gold/corundum/miracle coins sum (we may ask about additional info)

- last payment information (date and type of payment, phone number, payer's name, etc.)

- reason of losing account


Please send this data to us (you may add some other significant information if you want) and we will work on your problem.


You can set your password/login/e-mail in menu.

Press Menu -> My profile -> Menu -> Set password/e-mail


If you assigned an e-mail in your account options, you can manually set a new password without contacting technical support. To do this, click on the link : Restore the password.



Please - write a valid e-mail in your ticket on which you can be reached. When we are receiving notice from Delivery Subsystem "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently" that makes us sad.
