August 11, 201412 yr Gotta farm it Kill the main bosses(these vary according to the island ur on). You gotta be equal or lower lvl than the boss.
August 11, 201412 yr wich shop selling item lvl10?! i seen all town's. just lvl1.3,5.7 & 8. at chosen There isn't many items of the 10th level at the shops. If you meant 9th level items, the sets were removed from the shops, and were made droppable from beginner isle main bosses.
August 11, 201412 yr We get some level 10 equips as rewards from quests but they are inferior to the level 9 drops we get from bosses
