You cannot judge best players by arena rank or ratio. It's fairly easy to find an equally high amped partner and spam tickets versus players who are not so equally amped. Judge arena by the team, not the individual. If you want to see who the best players are then spend some time in cave and see who comes out on top 1v1.

Cave will always have disturbers/war it's like a public area, no one stops the crazies at the door. Wait them out or find another place to pvp- there are a few other good spots for it. Arrange beforehand to save you the trouble of dealing with dummies. Or just get a few of your friends and door gank until they pm you to stop :D

A battle chat that logs actions, damage taken, dodges, hp recovered and so on. Could be filtered and hold a certain number of lines? Is this something that can be done?

You have to give him some points for determination, he has succeeded in talking/trolling his way onto the lips of everyone in sapphire in a matter of one month? Your retaliation is his fuel, your typing his name in tc his fire. You can get angry while he is laughing or take it for what it is and laugh along with it. Much prefer this method than old beastmodes.

My opinion about points in parry is go all the way or none at all. If your only focus is melee pvp then maybe a full parry build is for you, otherwise I would keep it lv1. Each lv of the skill adds a fixed 1% to attribute, 2-3% worth devoting 2-3 skill points to? For me the answer would be no.

Accuracy is something you're always going to be tweaking, although you will never be sacrificing dodge or parry for it due to what enchants are allowed where and what gear provides the two. Some bd prefer more crit or speed vs accuracy on hands/medalion, that comes down to the situation you're in and what other pieces you are equipping. General rule- stack as much accuracy as you can to ensure you are connecting more than missing then swap in and out other pieces to boost your crit/speed whatever your preference may be. Like I said, shit is situational, which is why it is important to carry around more than just one set. Bd can dodge just the same as rangers and thanks to dual wield with the right gear a bladedancer may acquire a higher percentage than a rng without their buff active. It all depends on what rune you choose to plug on your swords. Some prefer parry, but it is important to note that it is quite useless versus range and magic attacks. High dodge/low parry bd can do some awesome things just as much as a high parry/low dodge bd can. I prefer the versatility of high dodge.

Amps are super random, above 6 success can be very difficult, just be patient and don't spam too many signs at once or you will be left with sadface. Try doing a set a week or once every few days/however often you can comfortably afford it. Save your frustration for 8-9-10 D:

The issue has been brought up many times before. The solution is to not engage in any kind of account trading/sharing whatsoever, don't use any email as your login, dont link out your full inventory and trust no one. It's like a warzone out there, keep it close to your vest.
