It's simple logic. Bd had Rush as first skill, it was pretty sh*tty, so now they have good shield as skill. Rogue had Elusive Jump as first skill, it was very good (in my eyes), so now they have throwing knives, which is big sh*t.

Most of people now cry becouse some classes new skills are dominating, but I think it's balanced now.

Rogue is not a supporter, so it needs to be OP killer.. :facepalm: It is made for killing, so when it kills you easily you start complaining :facepalm:
