Не думаю, что мои жалобы на сюжет игры будут уместными здесь

Ну, другие статы в игре тоже важны, хотя это вполне было бы норм. Жертвуя одним, набирать себе жира. В пвп такая штука будет не особо сильна. Без устоя особо не разгуляешься) В пве кто-то сможет собираться фул урон, будучи одноразовой пушкой (хотя в нашей игре, где дд танки, это не так зайдëт) 

Не знаю что у вас там за проблема. Я например в таких ситуациях делал просто 1 заход не на победу, а на механики. Заставляя состав просто делать механики, если они такие тупые и не могут без слежки огонь сдать, то о каких наградах может быть речь. Уверяю вас, один-два раза так в холостую побегают и начнут играть как надо. Делайте тренировочные заходы, где будете за каждым отдельно следить. Так же, лучше что бы один чел полностью расписал до мелочей, где кому и как стоять, куда кому и как идти. Расписать каждой группе составы и их задачи. Ну и конечно же Дискорд с войсом обязателен. Вот так примерно выглядит рейд, если вы хотите хотябы проходить высокие этажи, я уже молчу про призовые места.
