Как проходить инст, если рб всю пати ложит с тычки???

Я что то путаю или в анонсе сказано что мантру храмовника можно кидать на призванных монстров, по факту нельзя

Dark Magic Using Arrow of Darkness, Life Drain, Shadow Sphere, or Hex has a 25% chance to reduce their cooldowns by 25%. This chance increases by 1% for every 5% of the character's remaining energy..   Is this supposed to work in PvP?So far i tested it doesn't and few warlocks i talked about it said the same thing. When this talent works,the cd of the skill (Yellow bar indicator on the skill) should be immediately visible instead of the skill being blank for half a second and then the yellow bar indicator start building up. @Dr Strange @Holmes
