Let me explain... When u send ticket to support u must give ur email adress, and now is the question was this adress the same as adress u are using on forum?

im turkey i dont andurstand every thing and when i sent the ticket i wrote the email wich i want the support send the ansewr on it like every time and there is no answer  :facepalm: :facepalm:
