the update is today .. but how many hours we have to wait by now? in game there are someone that are saying that the update isnt today but tomorrow or at 9pm or at 3 am or it is cancelled or other... so please say at what time of this day the update start!

You can't play even u download version 3.0 because devs must stop servers for about 3-4 hours. I think u will play new version evening
