How can I get skills?(I saw video's with people on youtube using skills.)

To go to rank 5 I must do party quests or I can just level up alone and ignore them(I am rank2 and I got some party quests, but I can't find some1 to help.)

Can barbarians hold 2h weapons?

Are there any pvp areas where you can go and have fun?
