Its not possible since its on enemy faction to do so you need something

There's a way to do it, but it backs to the word "Trust".

 

If you have a friend that has a character on sentinel and legion side as you and he has the amount of gold you want transfer it to your shaman on legion, you can ask him to give you the amount on shaman from legion character and you'll give him the same amount on his sentinel character.

 

Case is over, but as I said it backs to the word "Trust".

that is called scamming and dont make it an understandable way you can just say "By giving your friend the same amount and your friend's mc char transfer it to you" but mostly there are trustables and untrustables or liars
