U make this on mobile and u make PC client. Second is pretty good idea. If it is an issue to implement premium timer to game client, at least should be avialible on website. Guilds through website will be much easier solution as well. Like it is (or used it be) in Tibia. You make guild, join, leave, change ranks, add logo and description - everything through webpage.
