Accuracy is good so i would go with crossbow probably. So at lvl18 I would go with either sudden doom crossbow or Scout arbalest. As for armors use Full killing whisper for questing and Killing whisper/arena equipment mixture in pvp. Use Carved rings and amulet of your choice.
