Also I hate to point this out to you Odin but your not going to attempt to make me look stupid and actually succeed. I think you should reread the documents that you pointed out to me. Here is from the rules of conduct that you obviously skipped the first paragraph of. Standarts of conduct in game are regulated by License agreement and current Rules of conduct in game. These Rules are mandatory for all the players. In case of violation of current Rules by the user, administration may deny this user’s further access to the service and block the character. Ignorance of rules is no excuse. What you fail to realize Odin is that these 2 documents that you yourself pointed me to go together. I don't know, maybe you should "reread" them again. Now you can go on pretending like you know what your talking about or you can pay attention. When you hit agree for the license agreement (which is still a terms of service with a different title) you are agreeing to follow the rules of conduct. Are you still paying attention or are you going to continue to act like you know what your talkng about?

Because I see the same people in trade chat constantly every single day talking the same racist things, thats how I know nothing has been done. Also a terms of service and a licensing agreement for sure is basically the same thing. In both(which i have read and compared the licensing agreement to another MMO ToS) they are "exactly" the same thing. You sign both electonically, they both give you the rules of the game and both give you the terms in which you can violate to be banned. Just because they have a different name for the terms means absolutely NOTHING. Your still held liable in both for your actions whether you want to call it a licensing agreement or terms of service. Please go compare the licensing agreement to another games ToS and show me something different.

:facepalm: Licensing agreement, code of conduct and terms of service is basically the same thing genius. Look I'm not trying to argue about all that anyways. The point I'm trying to get across is that the racism I see constantly according to whatever you wanna call the rules is against the rules and is bannable according to them and is never enforced. I would really love to see this changed.

Im pretty sure racism is against the terms of service, how about banning them? Prime solution right there. What do you mean you dont know what you expect the devs to do? Its a very bad business model to allow these things to happen. They are responsible for people who play their games behaviour. Harrassment is a good example of what this is and not allowed. Snorlax, kuz. Whoever, you guys seriously need to step up on moderating this game a bit. There is no reason for this. It happens on US server a lot. Prime example is erikalt/hotasiangu. It says "prefer" which means that while they could possibly wield a sword they prefer maces and axes. Paladins in "every" mmo use swords which it would make it very odd that they wouldnt be able to use them in this. Ill wait for a response from kuz or snorlax I guess :blush:

I am very unsure of why these were never made to begin with. Many people do not have the option of simply using miracle coins to ressurect. Why not add a scroll that is tradable. I guarentee it would be a very popular item for people who cannot afford miracle coins or simply cannot buy them. By making this item I would almost guarentee that it would increase revenue by some because it would be way too essential not to have for large lab trips. On US server we already suffer greatly from not having enough people to run through and by the time we actually get anywhere quite a few people get filtered out. This hurts us badly because we end up with only a few players that can't do anything to all the mobs. Please consider adding this item. There is already a scroll for everything else. Why not this?

Think i disagree with this method, I out of party heal friends and everything all the time. A better fix for this is make it so the highest heal always takes precedence and others low heal cant overwrite a higher heal.

Looks like only 1 as far as light gear goes which is odd considering I'm almost positive it was said that each class would have 2 new sets when the update was gonna be released. Im too lazy to go look for it right now so I will let someone else find it :blush:

What I'm mostly curious about is how the spell casters will make their skills stronger. Such as forsaken using dark magic and chosen using sun. Does this mean there will be new staves? Astral and sun magic staff for priest? Dark for warlock and necro? :unknw:

Well i sent tech support an email and i better get my gold back because it was wrongly taken. I got my 12k from selling someone a crystal so if that was "illegal" money then give me back my crystal that i spent miracle coins on. This is a bit ridiculous devs.

Well all I know is I'm not upgrading a thing til i know 100% the sign works. I refuse to lose another item.

Umm bring these back how they were. None of them are as high as the originals and if i want the originals i can't buy them at miracle shop anymore.. Why was this even made this way in the first place. Now i can never be as strong as others with the runes and crystals unless I buy the old ones with gold and people are selling them at ridiculously high prices. Please change these back.

I will give the devs the benefit of the doubt that they will do the right thing. If they don't then i will have no problem taking my business elsewhere. I bought mcoins to support the game. Don't bite the hand that feeds you devs.

Ok the stats bug is fixed. I want my items and my mcoins back still. I didnt pay money to let the game destroy my stuff completely. Fix me back to how i was before the update or lose me as a customer. Im sure im not the only who feels like they got seriously screwed by this update.
