Do not post any private information on forum (i.e. account ID, your phone number, e-mail, etc.) To solve your problem as soon as possible we have to know some additional information. You have to send this data to our support service: technical support. Please, include this information to your letter. Type of payment: PayPal, SMS or another option. If you have problems with PayPal then we need to know transaction ID and your account ID (login) If you have problems with SMS then we need this kind of info: - date of the payment (exact date) - sms text (exact text of your message) - short number (where did you send this message) - country - cell operator's name and your phone number - account id - type of payment (manual or automatic sending from game client) - reply message from operator (what did you receive after sending a message). Please - write a valid e-mail in your ticket on which you can be reached. When we are receiving notice from Delivery Subsystem "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently" that makes us sad. Thank you!
