Всё верно. Эффект может уже проработать секунду на сервере, а анимация на клиенте появится только на вторую.   Не ошибка.

Since its first invented, there has been many occasion where Guild got scammed of its warehouse items by its member. there are many pros and cons on whether to say is this trully a scamming or not, because from the administrator point of view it is part of the system, but it is not right either because it kinda contradicts ethic and gentleman agreement. so im proposing a new system which might help many people also made the guild bag way more comprehensive, and that is to change guild bag mechanics so that it would work like dealer (or like npc in the guild castle) except this time it is only accesible to the member of that guild and there will be no tax!  also we also need a modified feature so guild leader or other heirs etc wont need to post stuff one by one like in dealer, people still can put items in bulk, but unlike in dealer where we post items in bulk with the bulk price, in guild bag we can put price per pieces. like lets say i put 1500 pcs stam inside, i can set the price of that stam to 12k gold/pcs and also got the option to give quotas on each items (let say 3 per day). Leaders and Right Hand can change the price on every items starting from 0 (zero) gold, and if members (who cant set the price) inside the guild bag then it will be right away marked as 0 (zero) gold or we can also implement the system where leader and right hand can set a price for general items that wasnt listed there before.  

Not a bad feature, but I wouldn't consider it a priority right now.
