Again i think those are nice changes but only for the other 2 talent branches, Steel Tempest is being left behind ?     Reducing it? why?  If its so good in your view, why not improve it with another kind of effect like more resist, more dmg, or something to give a trade off? especially if you have invested 5/5 into vanish...

Проблема даже не в изменении способности «Отложенная смерть»; почему-то они боятся дать этому классу достойное снижение урона. Получение всего 50% урона от «Отложенной смерти» решило бы всю проблему, но они дают 80%, как будто это что-то изменит.

Still weak since no metter if ur 2h or dagger user you are about to lose one dmg skill or atk to use this skill that is damageless, just to see ur enemy resist it(at this point of the game)... you are giving resist to the spec that already have lots of CD and the best defensive bonus from harads shield?  think that kind of bonus would suit way better on Steel Tempest, would fix the lack of defensive skills
