Думаю, это потому что у гор уже есть похожий тал у шама, который будет стакаться с этим Правда он тоже СЛУЧАЙНЫЙ, поэтому на горах жестко гемблим это казино, у ушей же чуть меньше но стабильнее

Is basically a kind of "damage negation" by 30% for every 25% of the max health amount, right?   So this makes them a oficial antitank class?   I would leave to 15% the chance to hit three enemies, anyway the damage is 10% less than the bee sting talent   Unless the plan is to remove or reduce the cooldown  of demon form, It doesn't make any sense to replenish the entire hatred bar so quickly, the only ability that benefits from this without being transformed, is annihilation. And it's not like the reaper needs more damage btw.
