Now that I've been in contact with the account recovery and haven't yet got an answer whether my account is recoverable or not, I became to wonder how do the admins track accounts. More specifically is the login / email the only way of getting an account out of the servers or can they be tracked by character names or something alike? I thought this would be useful to know in case of account recovery and maybe to prevent scams. Character name('s) will help, and any other details that you can provide. Send support a ticket via this link, and good luck with it. Just keep in mind that account recovery may take some time.
