I already made a topic about this http://forum.warspear-online.com/index.php?topic=99403.0 But since you didn't reply I thought I'd post it here for more devs attention. Many people are confused. Can you tell us in which dungeons we can find those items? And are their drop rate is the same as the Rare Cloaks? Quote

It seems that only devs know this information, so I need them to reply, therefore devs must see this post, and devs go more often to "Support", not to "Questions and Answers". Quote
