why is my account blocked???

Dear GM,

 

 

 

 

I have read all the eula rules and i follwed them all. i got only two accounts and i do not trade characters. i do not spam or scam. I do not share my login details with anyone either.

 

 

I wokeup one morning to find that i cannot play either of my accounts. The error message displayed "Incorrect login or password" though i clearly did not change any of my login details..  I have sent emails to [email protected] but still no reply..

 

 

Please look into it soon so that i can continue playing again...  :cray:

Here, send a ticket to the support team with as much details as possible. (you need to prove that you're the real owner of that account so come up with every little detail you remember. such as the date of creation, items equipped, current gold etc.)
