This report concerns the suspected use of bots, multiple alternate accounts (“alts”), and coordinated alt-account activities to gain rewards and advantages. The main concerns include players using bots or automated characters to complete quests, run dungeons, participate in guild events, and repeatedly farm rewards. Some players appear to use low-level alternate characters to access content or reward systems and obtain high-value items, such as books, that may normally be intended to be earned
