Akasha 2058 Posted June 14, 2017 Share Posted June 14, 2017 Not only, but all chars before the update 6.5 - Apr, 2017 - can't be restored. During 1 month after launching the new tool it was possible to restore chars deleted since 01.01.2015. Find the new rules for restoration below: Restoring deleted characters When tapping on an empty slot in the character selection menu, you will be offered to choose whether to create a new character or to restore a deleted one. If you have deleted characters to restore, then you may tap the Restore button and the list of all such characters will be opened. Otherwise, the Restore button will be inactive. All characters deleted in the game in version 6.5 and further are available for restoring with a new name within 90 days.
