I fell ignored...

Snorlax or R0land  please tell me via email why i was banned....I send a lot emails and still no answer again..I know recover account can take more than normal but i started send emails to support everyday and NO ANSWER.In past i recived email fast but now i recived ignore.

Please respond at my emails and tell me reason and duration of blocking my account:((((.

The common things for banning are:

Over excessive racism

Pretending to be a dev

Buying/Selling an account


And 1 email is all you need, they are busy and can't help ppl right away

Your account/device have been blocked permanently due to multiple violations of EULA and our terms.

Most common reasons for block are


- selling and trading accounts

- creating and using more than 2 accounts

- using someone else's account

- changing password and login of account you didn't create
