What is the point of Magical Death Knights?

    I'm not complaining, after all, i have one and i like it (even though there are some things that could change). However, i use it totally for damage, without any defensive skill despite Dark Shield 5/5. I want to understand what is the point to focus in magical damage on a tank Death Knight.

 

If we consider the Paladin, the main reason to use magical damage in my opinion is Heavenly Light. What about Death Knights? It doesn't have any defensive skill that depends on magical damage.

I think Dark Shield protects against magic damage but other than that the only 3 skills I know deals magic dmg is just Exhalation, Knights Curse, and Steel Hurricane (because of it using prevailing dmg type)

One of the main reasons why i (and some other people may be) focus both physical and magical damage on the character is the fact that it makes dk not only more defensive(if we have life steal) but also more useful for the group.
