Chieftain 7 Posted March 30, 2021 Share Posted March 30, 2021 Apparently chieftain can use Wolf's Alacrity in Mermen GvG before getting in the event and the effect keeps active, providing advantage. Mangrove Scroll of Patronage + Great Relic of Continuous Effect keeps Alacrity on for 18,2 s.
