I just want to find out how to do that type of chat people use selling Items

I have asked several people in the game and no one will answer me.  I find it pretty rude honestly. Im just new and it's pretty much the only thing I am looking to find out.  Please help

I'm not online right now so this is just off the top of my head. I believe it's menu>chat>menu>trade chat. Note you must be standing in a city to be able to be heard. To put an item in chat, double click it and there should be a button that says into chat.
