How long the game devs keep an inactive account?

I played the game for the last time in early 2014 and never logged in since. Do you guys think my account is still active?

PS: I have forgotten my Email address, account ID and password ,so there is no way for me to check for my self.

Account should stay forever but character names dont

Characters themselves dont get removed, its just that if theyre old enough you might need to pick new name for it but everything else stays
