I just heard back from Space today :) Everything is cool, he is doing fine, just in case anyone was worried. Although he has been super busy learning some new stuff for his job. He says it will take some time but not to worry. So we can say he is a bit inactive for now and I am sure in no time he will be back. 8)

I am in total agreement with Bloody here. I have been off and on but only for short periods of time because I have been visiting my family in the U.S. I am back though. I am willing to give my casket to anyone who deserves it-that is never a problem. I also like to feel like I have earned it. I do feel bad for not being around so much and I have donated what I can if I think it will help the guild. Anyway, I am back and Bloody and I will be back to soon to do arena and labs and stuff! Can't wait! :give_rose:

Cia, you're really sweet and I get what you are saying but-we are not discriminating against the sex of a person. I could care less if it's a guy or a girl who applies. Just make it simple for yourself and take the sex out of the person applying. Just let them explain and introduce themselves and base your vote in the information given. I don't know why there is more guys than girls-maybe just more guys play more than females in general. We are looking for good people-not good guys or girls. We want an indivual who is going to be fun, trustworthy, and a good friend. It doesn't matter too much if they are a guy or a girl. Also, I will vote yest to Profundo. He is a good guy, and has been around a while. He is intelligent and funny, and seems to be very straight-forward. Most of you probably know him and I have never heard anything bad about him. I would never ever hold being a parent against you! :) Afterall, Bloody and I have two little guys of our own-we know how it can be sometimes. :blush: As for others, your amps mean very little to me. ABC took me in with only the trusted word of Bloody. I was +nothing and I still am considered pretty weak (but my necro is made for healing). But, I try hard to do the best I can and I have encountered nothing but kindness and patience-and a guiding hand from ABC. Good luck to all who apply, and Welcome to all those newcomers! :drinks:

So I see that we need to pull the reigns back in a bit here. I haven't really been voting but, I noticed alot of others haven't been voting too. Our guild is constantly full-and that's great! Not just because I want to see us in the top but, because we are NOT a factory and always looking for players who are active and friendly and fun. So lately, I have been deciding to say a little more in the voting area. We need to remember that we have lost a few good players-not by our choice-but because we didn't take the time to seriously analyze the applicants. We used to require working out issues before making any definitive vote. We also lost a good player because we were so full that I am not sure if he didn't understand about the rotating or because he was forgotten? I have no idea. I mean yeah, it might sting a little to see you have been kicked but all you need to do is run into another friend and ask-and most times when other ABC sees you log on you are invited. You get used to it and realise it is not at all personal. Our guild is a good strong guild and we have fun. I like that a lot. But some of these applicants?! Really? If you scroll back-even waaayyy back you can see how hard we have scrutinized others who have explained a whole lot more about themselves and still have been rejected. Rejected because we didn't actually give them a chance to let us get to know them. Now we have applicants saying crazy stuff like, "Hi Im so-and-so and I'm lazy. Can I join?" or, "Hi I was kicked from-whatever-guild can I be in ABC?" And what does that say about THEM personally? I used to vote because I thought people were nice to me, or regular players. You need to think, can we trust these people? Will they be a good asset to our guild and a good friend? Are they scammers? Do they buy or trade accounts? It turns out, I didn't see it that way until Shitzo made me realise that what I thought was a good person was usually just some cling-on who wanted a free ride. You do need to vote wisely. There are not many spots in ABC and future spots have already been promised. And, what about us? How many of us actually want to continuously rotate in and out? There is someone somewhere bound to get forgotten. I still do not even know who half of the new people are-AND I have to keep up with the name changes. We also need to care for each other like we say we do. I, personally, feel the need to focus on Current ABC players and the newbies who just joined that I do not know. Another thing, just because you know them does not at all mean it should be an automatic vote. We have many players in our guild and on the forum who may have seen the applicant and/or doesn't know them at all-and it would be, in my opinion, very beneficial for them to introduce themselves to all of us so we can get to know a little about them. So we can make an informative decision based on the information they have given us. I just want you to think about the fact that we have so many members already that it is hard to keep track of everyone. Not everyone is-or will fit- in our friend list-and likewise. That ups the chance for players being forgotten-and we don't want that. Each player brings something to our table and they should feel appreciated and respected. So for now, even if it may not feel right, let's get our heads on straight and look at the big picture. Just randomly adding players kind of feels like we are a copy of AoA (AND WE ARE ANYTHING BUT!). It's amazing so many good players want to be a part of our family but, let's take our time. We still need to make sure that we are making the best decisions for our guild-and the newbies who join our guild.

No for English aka Deadly-something I can't remember right now...sorry. You can't just come and say you're lazy, then inform us that this is your application to ABC without saying anything more. We have already stated that we don't need to know your amps or crap like that but we would like to hear about YOU. Loveable, Do not make the same mistakes I have made in the past. You have to take care in your voting. You may think someone is nice to you or, that they are a good person but you can't get to know someone in from just a few minutes in a game. I've learned that lesson too many times. I used to vote for people I saw regularily and were nice to me-then they would come here and either not get a long with people in my guild or give up and lose interest in just one tiny post without trying.

Don't make judgements about me. First of all, if you knew me at all you would realise that I have a bad poker face. Meaning, that I can't hide when I am disgusted and pissed off with something or someone. And since this is cyber space, I am not shy to let people know I do not like them. Trust me on this. Even if you don't like someone make sure you be careful of who you cut down. It pays to be nice too. There is a graceful way to part ways-even if we know Hassn is really a dirt bag. It's not our job to post it everywhere, we already knew this-and I think you might have known it all a long too. People will find out on their own. We don't need so much convincing about him or his guild. In my eyes it does not help to repeatedly express your disdain for someone and try to gain our liking. As I said earlier, if you want to be in ABC keep trying. Don't try to impress or go out of your way, just be yourself. Let us get to know you and you can prove yourself. I am not saying we are better than you we are just being cautious. If you have friends, ask them to express their opinions of you and share with us how they know you and how they feel. If you have friends in ABC then they need to also speak on your behalf.

Hmm..."They" were a strong guild? You do realise that there is no "They" in AoA- that is only Hassn-right??? I agree with many here though, I do not like people who deal in selling chars or trading accounts. It is a tricky situation and can easily be manipulated and that is something I am not interested in. AoA people are (or were) so proud and flaunting it in other people's face-as if we don't know the truth about AoA!?!?!?!? We are neither blind OR stupid. We see right through it for what it is. As for joing another competitive/strong guild for revenge? Then you have completely lost my vote. It makes me think, what kind of person are you after all? Speaking of trust, how do you know you aren't just a "spy" trying to mess stuff up and secretly report back to Hassn? If all you want is to mope and seek revenge I am sure there is an "Emo" Guild out there just waiting for drama.

I think he needs more than a sypmathy vote, and to vote "yes" because you came from the same guild is a little suspicious in my opinion. I don't really know where to stand on this particular voting. Regardless of my vote being "yes" or "no" it is still up to the rest of my guild. You know, it is kind of strange how AoA was parading around that they are "Number One" but truthfully we know it's only Hassn who is "No.1" because he is the one who spends his money to spam MC to win top place. But does that make him or his guild truly number one? No. What's more is, that AoA couldn't wait to accuse my fellow guildies that they were "cheating" and so on but AoA is no better! Then to rub in my guildie's faces that we are cheaters and that AoA is better in so many ways when all you are to Hassn is a bunch of Point-making-Cattle is a bunch of crap! Then, on the drop of a dime, he can decide he no longer has a need for you he will start drama and kick you-but not until he has taken you for all you are worth!!!! And look now!!!!! Most of the "original" AoA have been kicked! My guild is filled (well I am only speaking for those I know and not newbies-sorry I just don't know you well enough yet!) with good people. We work hard, we play hard, and we have fun! Do we like being in the top 3? Sure, who doesn't? But we never, never use our members only for the purpose of gaining anything. I have friends here who can tell you that I may not go into arena often but I still quest almost everyday! I go to lab most times and I buy things for my guild that I think can help them in quests, or in arena. I do my best to help my friends out. They are there for me and back me up when I need it. ABC is probably one of the best guilds (in my opinion) because we are a family, we care for one another, and we stand together united. I know that MalexLoka has helped me on a few occassions (Don't assume I have forgotten) and that was nice. I have tried to heal him in passing when I can in return as a kind gesture. I know he may not always have helped other ABC members or maybe hasn't always been kind? I'm not sure. I hope you understand that we are not trying to be judgemental-but only that we are trying to make the best decisions for our guild. We need people who are friendly, and helpful, and who are active. We want to know you aren't asking to be here for a free ride or bragging rights. We want to be as sure in you as we are in each other that you truly want to be a part of ABC-not because of top place or costumes. My best advice to you is this: If you really would like a future spot in ABC then don't give up. SO MANY apply and give up without really attempting to get to know us and let us get to know them. Maybe even ask if you can join a few quests and what not. And I hope that if the day comes when we don't care to be in the top 3 (for whatever reason) you can handle that. It's not about always being in the top or being the best. Okay...jeez that got winded! HAHAHAHA :lol:

Well...in all honesty I DID attempt to read the comments but, I was totally distracted by the fact that you tried to insult my friend for lack of proper English while your English was only half-attempted. I felt that you absolutely held no regard for proper sentence structure and, that you didn't care that you used that annoying "Text talk" and mixed it with real words. I am not perfect and certainly am no spellcheck nazi but, wow, just wow. I don't mind if people make mistakes, mispell words here and there, or even forget some. However, if you are at least going to put someone down (or more than one person) at least make sure you have attempted to look educated and not look like an upset fourteen year old with no education. When I did try to read the whole spam comment, I couldn't. It was like reading a modern day ransom note, and, unfortunately I lost interest in trying to read the rest. I really could care less if he insulted you, you were insulting others and trying to look "above the rest" and failed. Now you're mad because some people are telling you the truth-that you are no better than any one human being. That is life. No one is better or less-than anyone else in the world. We are all important and amazing in our own ways. A lot of people in WS are good people. They deserve respect just like anyone else you would come across in real life. Just because you can't see them doesn't mean they don't have feelings or opinions. You have absolutely no idea what is going in their real life-maybe someone needs a kind word. In the end, we are human and need the same basic needs. We all bleed, we all cry, we all laugh. So, what's it to you that someone finds love in real life or the internet-or by chance? It isn't up to you who gets to love who. Their decisions have no real consequence on your life. All in all, my point is, it was wrong for you to insult people-and- it was wrong for people to insult you too. However, attempting to make others look inferior is not going to make you any fans-but it will gain you attention in a negative manner. If you try to push others they will push you back. It is not a world where you give shit and people will sit and take it. I don't care who started what. You just can't go into a place in real life or on the internet and think it's okay to start ripping people apart because you are unhappy-or for whatever disturbing reason you feel. That is bullying. Period. It's same the old saying "Think before you speak". So, there you have it. That is how I feel on this whole agrument. Hey, we are friends-that's what friends do! ::) Besides, someone needed to say it and I am sure as heck not shy! ha ha ha I am just sick and tired of people making fun of others when they can't even create a halfway decent sentence! Who are they to judge? They aren't perfect and, even if they said they were that is just a lie. So in the end, that would make then imperfect and a liar.
