Битвы сменились сражениями с ведром и тряпицей, гремящими медными котлами, заботами о скотине, запасах на зиму, да еще с курами, от которых хлопот было больше, чем толку.
Утро начиналось растопкой печи, день проходил в трудах - то у колодца, то на грядке, то с мукой, то с брынзой. А вечером, когда замирали кузнечные звуки за околицей, она сидела у двери и перебирала старые ремешки, слушая, как по двору шуршит ветер, принося запахи былого и того, что ждет впереди.

И вот - не было одного. Того, кто вечно витал в своих мыслях, засматривался куда-то вдаль и затихал всякий раз, когда начинался очередной рассказ. Куда же он мог пойти?
Миссис Запоссум замерла. Она сразу поняла, куда он мог пойти. Туда - к древним лагерям, к забытым колодцам, на тропы из ее рассказов. Видимо, ему просто захотелось увидеть всё это своими глазами. Скорее всего, ее истории увлекли его сильнее, чем она могла подумать. Он пошел за ними - а она и не подозревала, что кто-то слушал тогда так внимательно.
Не медля ни мгновения, она отыскала свою матушку. Старая опоссумиха лишь молча кивнула на тревогу в глазах дочери и широко раскрыла объятья, собирая к себе перепуганных внучат. Больше слов не требовалось.

Теперь здесь царила тишина - не настороженная, а самоуверенная. Как будто угроза миновала навсегда.
А враги за годы её мирной жизни не теряли даром времени. Отъелись, отрастили когти, обнаглели. Залатали раны, подточили клыки.
- Придётся напомнить, — проговорила она почти беззвучно, и лишь тень оскала мелькнула в темноте. Пояс, затянутый туже обычного, глухо скрипнул старой кожей.
Собравшись в тугую пружину, Миссис Запоссум двинулась по тропе. Не за славой - лишь за сыном, вынутым из мира тишины и печного тепла. Путь вёл по землям, где хозяйничали её забытые враги, но ей было не до них. Её гнала вперёд простая истина: ни одно существо не уйдёт далеко, если за ним идёт мать, у которой есть когти, зубы и ярость, горячее печного пламени.
 

 
Под её решительным шагом хрустела тропа, поскрипывал пояс, а тьма неохотно отступала. И в то самое время виновник всеобщей тревоги пребывал в состоянии, весьма далёком от доблестного: он спокойно себе дрых.
И сон его был сказочный. Укутанный в тёплый, плотный мех на материнской спине, он чувствовал себя как в самом мягком из покрывал. Он беззаботно грезил о путешествиях, огромных лагерях чудищ и долгих отдыхах у костра. Шаги мягко укачивали его, сверчки выводили колыбельную, а все надвигающиеся угрозы так и оставались для него чем-то отвлечённым и несущественным.
Однако вскоре сон стал чересчур уж… выразительным. Воздух сгустился, треск веток сделался громче, а свет факелов всё настойчивее просачивался сквозь веки.
Открыв глаза и немного поразмыслив он понял: скорее всего, это он стал поводом для всего этого. Но сообщать об себе сейчас было совершенно необязательно. Ведь когда ещё выпадет такая возможность? Сомнения и тревога быстро уступили место восторгу: он наконец увидит всё то, что прежде казалось недосягаемым.
Мысли о том, в какой именно момент стоит рассказать правду, были отложены глубоко на потом. Сейчас у малыша была одна миссия - не уснуть снова и не пропустить ни единой детали нового приключения.

Demonic appearance: Now no longer require 12 hate to active and no longer increase flat 25% hp. Now the skill available to use with any amount of hate and each hate accumulated before transformation will increase max hp in demonic form by 2%
Heavy landing talent: Now the skill otherworldly dash no apply stun debuff instead of slow, the debuff duration is havled
Revenge: Change the skill type from debuff to dot

This is a big step towards fair and original costume contests in the future, I believe.

While we appreciate the effort in adapting the referenced model to fit the game, the issue of origin remains. The model was created by someone else and used without their consent. In a different situation, if the original artist had adapted their own work for the game, that would be acceptable.

Unfortunately, based on the contest rules Shadowfang is disqualified:

I am content with the results but still deeply disappointed we don't have anything resembling frog this year.
 
At least the winner is not the rick roll one. Not that I hate it, just it will cause problems haha
 
It's a good thing you stop discussing this topic because I've been watching your conversation and you brought up completely unrelated and irrelevant example to the discussion.
 
Shadowfang's case is unique and should only be discussed within its boundaries. It's not drawing the same animal, it's not copying shilouette, it's taking an image from Google, stretch it to fit the contest's required size (and btw, by stretching it in Pixel Studio as shown in video, the numbers of pixels will adjust themselves. So the costume poster didn't even need to draw from scratch), then changed a few pixels to fit the remaining formats like the legs.
 
To me, I've worked really hard between my real life work to create my best frog costume this year. And seeing Shadowfang in this post getting honored is an insult to me and my hardwork. And I am certain others feel the same.
 
If you can't see the difference and want to leave the discussion, good for you. You won't win it by continuing.

Glad the judges liked my costume  but seriously, Melistr's costume is very obviously stolen, how did it get a 5k honorable mention? Kind of disrespectful to everyone who tried their hardest

Today he wants to impress his soulmate, Priestina (not based on any player's name, it's just a low hanging fruit), with a magic trick. She picks a card and Trick will show the card on his back. Pathetic but it is meant to be funny.
 
Priestina is a beginner priest who happens to have enough free time to hang out. But recently, she was promoted to an advanced priest who must explore Almahad as a potion carrier to learn from real battles.
 
She tells Trick her situation and says that if only there was a place for a bard (wink wink devs) in her journey, they could have been still hanging out together. She must leave because her family's honor depends on her success.
 
Trick is heartbroken. After a week of sad songs, Trick decides to go rogue (pun intended). He robs as many rich nobles he can find and buy weapons and armory. He is now determined to be with Priestina to protect her even if she doesn't notice. He follows her everywhere, assisting her from the shadows.
 
One day he has to give up his stealth to deal a final blow to a monster that almost harms Priestina. She is angry of what Trick is doing risking his life in her uncle's obviously stolen trouser. Trick doesn't immediately respond. Instead, he steps back, moves his body, and sings
 
"I.... just wanna tell you how I'm feeling
Gotta make you understand...
 
Never gonna give you up!
Never gonna let you down!
Never gonna run around and desert you!"

Capunk means dragonfly. It's a stylized version of word "capung".
 
There was a charmer who always failed to summon a gloom monster because the amount of energy and focus he used always too great to summon the new gloom monster.
 
He could feel he was summoning something but his power wasn't enough to actually summon it. He kept trying until he succeeded. But to his surprise, instead, he summoned an armor that looks like a dragonfly. This armor grants him ability to fly and teleport.
 
This is an open hemet costume with only glasses because , you know , dragonfly
