I still need help

Sold some ham. Its not an instantaneous mail for sure. Took around 5mins or so.

Well it's been about 1 week now since i've sent my support ticket asking about my banned account and still have not recieved any replies or confirmations. My main character the account was Avoidme, lvl 18 druid on US Sapphire, can you at the very least tell me the reason why that account was banned so I can learn to avoid getting other accounts banned? I looked over the eula rules and did not see anything that applied to my situation so please tell me the exact reason why so I don't accidently get other accounts banned, thank you!

Dear r0land or AIGRIND, I wish you were able to further communicate with me on this issue, although I'm sure I know why you "couldn't". Not only was it wrong for my account to be banned(AIRGRIND seriously?) , and to dismiss what I have said , I have also had a ticket sent a while ago and still no answer . There is no reason why my account should have been banned nor this delay in arrangements. I am only frustrated by the prolonging of this issue. Please reply back in order to come to a solution. -Avoidme

Dear AIGRIND, I want to know why you have banned my account. I don't see why "my" account would be banned from use, I have done nothing wrong. Really, I've never traded accounts, illegal currency, none of that or anything illegal. If you mixed this up with me account sharing, you should know it's only illegal when the receiver changes the password. For the record, the password hasn't changed. I mean this in the most respectful manner, nothing less. I just want to continue having fun in this game, I never would mean to twist the rules. Thanks for everything, rock on.
