Problem about charge stun being close is that it creates a new reliable rotation w/ shield strikes on stunlocking. I can see issues wanting to allow that particular one. The defeat range while I agree the range does suck. However, a more tank class that also has an AoE taunt can easily gather mobs to be within 1 square. Last Wish I can take it or leave it. I feel like last wish will always be just a 1/4 skill with its 90s cooldown. I can see not wanting to reveal the time to prevent barbs just waiting around for it instead of being less risky. Last Wish is kinda just seasoning on a character to make the class just a lil more tanky. These are just my thoughts
