I have a hunter with 43.9% skill cooldown, when I unequip all my items and I see the "Pathfinder Arrow" cooldown for example, it says it's 25 seconds but when I equip the items and I get 43.9% cooldown the time skill is 17.3, and should be 15!! the same thing happens with the "Explosive Arrow" that says it has 20 seconds when I unequip my items and with 43.9% cooldown it says 13.8 seconds. I would like to know if this is normal or some kind of error, I also apologize for the writing I used because I don't know how to speak English. I have some images that show exactly what I'm trying to say.

I recently leveled the Hunter's snakebite and found that it doesn't do critical damage, i think this skill should do critical
