Increase movement speed to 5 seconds. Too lame for 3 seconds. I can't still catch my prey when they running whenever im ganking this is still issue and last few years of rogue catching his target while running still the problem.   Or you can reduce stealth dmg 60% to 40% then give full duration of movement speed to rogue.   Stealth now 40% dmg + 40% movement speed full duration.   Or   Stealth 60% dmg + 40% movement speed for 5 seconds.   Just increase the duration movement speed devs, we promise you we won't complain no more. Full Moon The effect is now also applied to the Moon Monster when used on an ally (previously only applied when used on the character or an ally). Now also increases Accuracy by 10%. Penalty to the effect duration removed.   This is only applied to cat when used on an ally. Doesn't work if you cast on yourself. Also, seems kinda useless talent now since the stats on cat are capped. Literally just a 10% accuracy talent.
