An ability like that would be ridiculously weak. A 10% defense reduction is basically nothing, and the increase in damage it would provide would be negligible. Just for comparison, a Charmer can remove almost 80% of an enemy’s physical and magical defense with a single button.
And Robin is right, the class doesn’t need more utility. It needs improvements to the cat’s survivability and a rework of abilities that are way too situational, like Moonlight, Symbol of the Forest, and Return to the Roots. All of these abilities are useful for one reason or another, but they’re extremely niche and should be changed to be useful in a wider range of situations.
