Remove the penalty from the reaper's "Demonic Charm" talent after the arena.

I would like to suggest that the reaper's "Demonic Charm" talent penalty disappears on a specific occasion: when leaving the arena. All game penalties come out after finishing a match in the arena, so I think it's fair that the reaper's goes out too. This would make this character's gameplay a lot easier!
