consider this in the server maintanence

forgive me if i spelt maintanence wrong,I think its unfair for mcs to hold the jail and let elves watch them cause what i think to be fair is that both elves and mcs can go to sam hain as a game is ment for everyone to enjoy,the half of the server is unhappy,please consider removing the ability to attack the opposite faction,thanks.Remember that all have the right to enjoy
