Dipface 12 Posted November 11, 2022 Share Posted November 11, 2022 SCYTHE OF CHAOS (Active) Type: Active Mana consumption: 18/20/22/24 Recharge time: 18 seconds Number of targets in PvE: Unlimited Number of targets in PvP: 4/5/5/6 The Reaper conjures underworld scythes that deal physical damage equal to 15/20/25/30% of the reaper's physical strength to all enemies around the character for 8/10/12/14 seconds every 2 seconds and decrease their movement speed by 25/30/35/40% for 4/6/8/10 seconds. Each enemy hit will grant the reaper 1 unit of "Hate", equal to the character's critical hit chance. In demonic form damage is increased by 2% every second the skill is active.
