run : CMD
type : net users list
type the admins username: (e.g)net user bob
type : bob set password *
type password: (e.g) penketh1
retype password : penketh1
i think this is how u can change the other net users password.
after u log ur mums user, disable perentel lock or whatever its called
if my cmd thing is wrong, then plz search 'cmd commands' or 'how to hack administrator net user with cmd'
cmd= command prompt
