Sinonymous

So I only recently started playing but my quest line has been halted by the quest "distorting mirrors". I have completed most of it but still have yet to smelt the fragments of glads mirror. I cannot do so, because i don't have the fragments anymore. I don't know how I lost the fragments or how to get them again. I liked all the same peasants that i originally got the fragments from. If anyone knows how I can reset the quest or get the fragments of glads mirror again, please let me know
