Hello, I'm here to report a possible issue. It turns out that since I wanted to return to play with my old character, I've had problems with the cooldown of the skills, something that had never happened to me before. After that, I spent a long time gathering gold to be able to buy a crystal as a result. Then, when I tried again, the cooldown still didn't improve. I thought it might be due to the talents, so I bought a cooldown potion to be able to do the t4 dungeon and earn some gold, but it still had no effect. I spoke with many other adventurers and they told me that their cooldown was 24 or 23 and they had no problems with it. Even as I show in the image, I surpassed that cooldown. I feel that all the time I invested in gathering resources was for nothing, please clarify if this is some kind of error, it seems super strange to me. Even more so, I was able to do that dungeon without even using a crystal before, and now I can't do that dungeon or other things.

Guys, please put yourself in my place. I have been unable to store, exchange or trade any object unfairly for more than 24 hours, because I have done absolutely nothing. I already contacted the manager who indicated the game to me and nothing. I'm nothing to delete this game and forget, I just haven't done it because I invested many days to advance to that level, even I hardly slept trying to win gold. Pom yourself in my place, don't delete my ads and do something.

More than 8 hours ago today, I was restricted from trading and exchanges. When I talked to my friends they told me that it may be because they thought I was using some kind of bot to kill monsters automatically. Actually it was me all the time, I have no way to tell for sure because I don't know how to confirm, but I've been talking all that time with friends and with some people who were trying to sabotage me. Please remove this unfair limitation I am low level and I have already lost too many hours because of this. I haven't done anything wrong, thanks for reading.
