Now that we know there is no bug, we’re even more concerned that there may be a lack of attention to game balance in Warspear.
 
We understand that you have different teams with their own responsibilities. Unfortunately, we can only contact the support team through the website or game forum. So, we have no choice but to repost about these issues, as there has been no solution provided so far, despite our patience and hopes.
 
We hope you understand and will work with other teams to address issues like this. Your attention and response to even small concerns show that you value Warspear players. As the saying goes, "Those who are faithful with little are faithful with much."

Charmer's and death knight's infinitely long stun :) we are not talking about that, now about druid, warlock stuns, shaman stuns debuff, are never ending just like druid, nerf it too?, nerf bd :) the only class that outmatches most mc, yes, but we need 1 class atleast to match the imbalance :) but still it is weak in some cases too, pala aoe heal is that op?! I didnt know about that maybe our palas are nubs all in server. If want nerf seeker stun, maybe give some guaranteed resist skill or talent, if want nerf bd, druid, pala, bm, please nerf charmer's hybrid build in which it is tanky + OP heal in tank build + infinite stun, nerf DK's aoe stun that is infinitely long🫡 yes you forgot to mention mage, templar, warden, priest and others because now you can kill it right?

Well, It's coz many have invested s#!t load of £¥$₹€ and time, many OGs are playing else it's really least exciting update...

Talk about a massive disappointment... Announcement was promising a somewhat guaranteed rewards after a certain amount of runs, but this is a key after 20+ days of daily tombs/outpost to get a VERY SLIGHT chance to get a drop. What an absolute joke...

It's soo nice to see more ways of getting pvp gears, Arena way takes a really big time to get a single armor or weapon, so thumbs up for that. 
 
Still wishing for a permanent solo dungeon, solo content is something we need to see more of in warspear. 
 
Also are we gonna see any new expert skills for each class in the near future? been along time since last featured experts.

The only good thing in this update, looking at this, no effort gonna be made at the horror event, it's gonna be the same as the last 4 years, I'm not surprised player numbers keep decreasing in each server.
 
We are getting new talents every 6 months, there's no guild content but one thing. PvP is dead, even with the arena changes, it's still gonna be a full win spam against your own char.
 
For a new player, getting all of this, it'll take him at least one year. I barely see new people, the ads you published don't even look like it's this game.
 
I don't see any hope of improvement. 

They just don't want work xd

Add just 2 changes....
 
1. Add extra Equipment Pre set and Skill set for New Alhmed map as there is one more Set of Eqipments are to be used....
 
2. BAG size 500+ if can't increase Pots/Scrol set from 10 to 50...

Still No 500 Slots Bag.

Can we please get bag slots increased for character and personal warehouses For bulk crafters?
Also, can we get option of 10x/20x items per slot for None and Equi Class of wearables?
Further Pots and Scrolls should be atleast 50x pcs per slot but 20x isn't bad.
Please consider this if  possible.

I'm not a crafter but I do agree. Pots can easily take up a majority of a person's storage but I would also love it if Repair and Tele scrolls could stack even more

Further, like every season (other than Horror) hopefully skill to run/walk faster will not be restricted to Snow Map Only
