Actually, I do know about arena, critical and damage reduction, I'm just saying that full arena set isn't that good, you will lose a shit load of dodge, penetration, attack speed, propably parry and block :facepalm: So, it's not so useful to resist maybe one extra hit than evade , block or parry them. :blush:To this noname who says tht resi is "clownstuff" , Seems u dont know anything bout arena or crit/dmg reduction ,

Simple mate, look at your gear menu and you'll see astral lies in the damage category ( left hand side) thus it is a type of froendly damage that causes healing, which in turn satisfies the crystal of deadliness's description.
Why is it a dmg skill? No idea
If you have a close look at the paladin's skills, you might notice such thing that purify causes astral magic damage if it's used while fetters is still active :crazy: , so yes, astral magic can cause damage.

I personally like the monster hunter- series, as I've played the freedom unite for more than 1300 hours, I also own the first and second parts of the freedom series, and I do play the monster hunter tri on wii :facepalm: Afterall, it gets boring over time. :blush:I played the demo several times trying to get to know all the features it had. It seems to be a very diverse game and it also looks amazing.
But I think the controls were a bit clumsy and hard to learn. The demo was also awfully repetitive and one hunting trip was about 20 minutes of whacking a giant bunny mindlessly.
But hey, my opinions on this game are only based on the demo so I may be wrong about the game. However, I unfortunately wasn't impressed enough by the demo to buy the full game.
