Actually the main reason i have that ss was cus if u can see the way i was staning before the tree sprouts i was probably gonna make that as the profile pic on forum. Also i do have a habbit of taking ss incase something goes wrong cus otherwise developers won't believe you.

Maybe he didn't have the right proof. Because for me since i was questing ayvondil its preety obvious i had used the permeace elixar. And i have proof of that as well as proof of me completing staraps and right at that moment took proof that i leveled up While elixar permeace effect still going.

Imagine if somehow the support helps by bringing back my level to 10.. That would be more rarer than a miracle. And because of their unknown bug. But they don't want Dragonskey level down to 10 Ether theyre ignoring which is most likely or idk. Ive thought that supports was supposed to help with this kind of thing I know it's not Impossible to bring it back down to level 10 or why its taking so long.

The Question is Do you know im Level 11 now? Why wouldn't you Change My Level down to Level 10 then solve the issue?

Thats not the main issue. What Needs to be Fixed first is To change my Level from level 11 back down to Level 10. And then when the issue is finaly found you can inform us all about it. Ill even Record from now on to show you that if it does happen again it might give you some clue as to how the bug occurred. But for now what needs to be Fixed is to please Change My level from level 11 to 10. Otherwise i will quit this game and perhaps Delete my Character. Because Theres Just no point. Also The problem with the game masters(support/Developers) is that while theyre tryna fix this bug they should consider the fact and possibilities of it happening again and after some research i have found that this but has happened 5 Times. Not just our server. The Support Should be able to change The levels of all those who were Not supposed to level up. Because What is the point of making Elixar Permeace? And in any case changing a Character Level shouldn't take long and I Don't know What the Support can gain from Not helping a person who wasn't supposed to level Up form a Elixar That Prevents Experience from Going Up. That's a lie. And if there was a bug i shown proof (which i have ofcourse) shoud'nt the support help? And by help i mean readjust my Level To Level 10. The proof is simple to see. Im obviously questing ayvondil at level 10. Then while handing in staraps i leveled up. That is the Full Description.

The problem is The game master/Developers knew what this potion is for (ELIXAR PERMEACE) and in any event something like this bug would happen THEY should have a backup plan or be able to adjust a persons Level(i know 100% its possible). I know the developers/ support would do this they are smart after all. So in this case i just have to patently wait for the reply to Help. Thats all. In the mean time... This happens. And i know The gms are paying attention to this as well..

I will gladly show u all the proof u require but first take a look at the screenshots i have sent in my first report.The first one shows i level up under the influence of elixar permeace. The second one prooves that the potion Has been working up untill i had handed over. Staraps Of filth Quest daily. And by whole description i will gladly specify everything in detail I dont care about the ap (score in 5x5)that i lost from the bug that leveled me up i just want to go back down to level 10.

Someone should go and please tell spypro before it happens to him too Ill get really pissed if this bug happens to him since he worked really hard at achievements just as i have.

This wasnt the only major bug on my account btw. Something else happened that shoudnt have and i have proof of it also. I really dont think its impossible to reverse this either.
